The Avo Baby Heirloom Crib is a convertible nursery piece designed to evolve from a fully enclosed newborn crib through four distinct stages — all within the same handcrafted frame. No replacement parts, no new mattress required for the first two conversions.

Each Avo Baby is made to order in small batches. Current lead time from deposit confirmation to shipment is 8–10 weeks. You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your deposit.

• Standard Ground Freight: Fully crated delivery to your door. Carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window.
• White Glove Delivery (select metros): Two-person crew delivers inside your home, places the crib in the nursery, and removes all packaging. Ask at checkout.
• International: Email hello@tsegroup.world for international shipping quotes.

We serve customers in Kenya with two fulfillment options. Confirm your preference after your deposit is paid.

• Contiguous US: Flat-rate freight included in crib price
• Alaska & Hawaii: Surcharge quoted at checkout
• White Glove Upgrade: $150–$300 depending on location
• Kenya Delivery: Quoted by area — email after deposit
• Kenya Pickup (Nairobi): No shipping fee — collect in person

Because every Avo Baby is individually handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a deposit has been placed. Each piece is made specifically for you — from timber selection through final finishing — and cannot be resold once production begins.

Your deposit is non-refundable and is applied in full toward the final price of your crib. This policy exists to honor the artisan process: your craftsperson begins sourcing your specific materials within days of your reservation.

The only exception applies when a crib arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit. We stand fully behind our craftsmanship and will make it right.

• Inspect your crib thoroughly upon delivery before signing the freight receipt
• Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves
• Report defects or damage within 72 hours of delivery with photos to hello@tsegroup.world
• We will assess and, at our discretion, repair, replace the component, or replace the unit
• Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of deposit confirmation by emailing hello@tsegroup.world. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth
• Wipe spills immediately with a barely-damp cloth — do not let moisture sit
• Re-oil with the included touch-up pen once or twice a year
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight — it will gradually lighten the wood tone
• Never use chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive products
• Minor surface scratches can be buffed with fine (400-grit) sandpaper then re-oiled

• Spot clean with mild, unscented soap and cool water — blot, do not rub
• Allow panels to air dry fully before replacing bedding
• Do not machine wash or steam clean the panels
• Natural hemp will soften with age — this is expected and beautiful

• Check all hardware connections every 6 months and tighten as needed
• Follow the printed illustrated guide included with your crib for conversions

The Avo Baby does not include a mattress. It accepts any standard 52" × 28" crib mattress. We recommend an organic cotton or natural latex option to match the non-toxic nature of the frame.

Your deposit is paid via PayPal and secures your place in the current production batch. It is non-refundable but is applied in full toward the final price of your crib. You'll receive a confirmation and invoice for the remaining balance within 48 hours.

Each conversion takes approximately 10–15 minutes with a standard screwdriver. No special tools required. A clear illustrated guide is included, and video walkthroughs are available on request.

The Avo Baby ships fully assembled in its crib configuration. The only step is attaching the anti-tip safety hardware to the wall (required, included, and simple).
